PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Motley, Minnesota, will consider a proposed amendment to Ordinance No. 213 relating to Licensed Hemp Businesses.
The proposed amendment updates the City’s ordinance to align with current Minnesota State Statutes regarding hemp business registration fees, renewal dates, and renewal fees for licensed hemp businesses operating within the City.
The proposed ordinance amendment will be considered by the City Council at its regular meeting on Monday, June 8th, at 4:30 pm , at Motley City Hall.
A copy of the proposed ordinance amendment is available for public inspection at City Hall during regular business hours.
Interested persons may appear at the meeting and provide comment regarding the proposed amendment.
